Starting Spring off Right
Spring is here! And while in Oregon that usually just means more rain, the days are getting longer! I don’t know about you, but longer days always make me feel much more productive, even if the sun is still hiding behind a layer of clouds.
With brighter days ahead, I thought some tangy lemon macarons would be the perfect way to celebrate a fresh start to spring. Filled with marshmallowy meringue and a dollop of lemon curd, these macarons might just be my new favorite.
